Quality requirements for non-standard welding blades
Update Time:2018-05-07
 Non-standard welding blade Main requirements:

1, the weld should have enough strength to ensure the maximum cutting tool.

2, carbide blades are not allowed any crack, because any crack existence, will reduce the cutting performance of the tool, and even make the tool scrapped.

3, in the welding layer and alloy sheet, there should be no residual stress. Residual stress is a potential defect, not necessarily in the process of welding, in some cases, after the use of grinding and maintenance of the display. Light residual stress will cause the blade to crack, heavy cause tool scrap.
